Note: there are three photoelectric sensor signal areas in a book clamping desk, the sensor in the left is a main one, in the middle is deputy one, and in the right is one for confirming book already out of machine.
How to operate the machine?
*Plug in and switch on. |

*Press clamp control key to adjust the thickness of clamping desk and put files to be glued on the left side. |
|
*Confirm the central line of cover in alignment with the central arrow of book desk. |
|
*Cover thickness = thickness of book + 1/2 file thickness – 93mm. This is the mark that scale shall be pulled out.
Eg.: File width (210mm) + 1/2thickness (30/2)mm = 225mm-93mm = 132mm That is, scale shall be pull out to the scale mark 132mm. |

*Press auto key, the machine will go into glue applying and binding procedure. To increase glue binding quality, the machine uses a procedure of milling once, gluing twice. Glue is evenly applied on book cover through gluing axis. And the cover moves automatically to book desk. Cover and book are glued and clamped. After glue binding, open clamping desk and take out the book from right side.

6. Maintenance
1. There is a wastepaper box on the rear bottom of machine. Please clean always. See the picture right.
2. If glue is found not enough, please timely add glue, and glue bind when glue is fully fused.
3. In case of unexpected power cut and the machine program has not completed running, please switch off the power supply.
4. Through repeated examination, the hot-melt glue supplied by our company is environmental protecting, and is innocuous to human body.
5. After glue binding, cover a dustproof shield when glue got completely cools down.
